Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the DigitalReem website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
DigitalReem provides digital services including SEO, software development, link building, market research, ecommerce support, and related digital products.
Service deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual proposals or product descriptions at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Payments and billing
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise DigitalReem to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis at the interval selected at purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your client dashboard and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials we need to deliver our services. Delays caused by failure to provide required materials may affect delivery timelines.
You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you under a service agreement. DigitalReem retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks used in delivering the work.
Digital products purchased from our shop are licensed for your own use and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
Limitation of liability
DigitalReem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
