Refund policy

Summary: One-time services are refundable before work starts. Retainers can be cancelled anytime and run to end of period. Digital products are non-refundable after download unless there is a technical issue.
Service packages — one-time
If work has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Once work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a breakdown of work completed to date upon request.
No refunds are issued after a project has been delivered and accepted.
Monthly retainers
You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time from your client dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access and service delivery until then.
We do not offer partial-month refunds on retainer cancellations.
If you cancel within the first 7 days of your first billing period and no work has been delivered, you may request a full refund.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at support@digitalreem.com within 30 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@digitalreem.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unresolved disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Use.
